Jawa Workforce Agency GbR was founded with a clear vision: to build bridges between talented professionals from Indonesia and companies across Europe.

Our journey began with strong personal roots in Indonesia, where we first specialized in recruiting personnel for cruise ships. Alongside this, we provided training and language courses to prepare candidates for international careers. As demand grew, companies in Germany and Austria began asking if we could also connect them with skilled workers from Southeast Asia.

After conducting a thorough market analysis, we decided to expand our expertise and dedicate our know-how to recruiting and placing candidates from Indonesia into European businesses.

We believe deeply in the abilities and dedication of people from these countries. Their strong work ethic and commitment inspire us to create successful employment opportunities that benefit both employers and employees.
