International Recruiting
Connecting your company with skilled professionals
We source and deliver qualified specialists from across the EU directly to your business. Beyond recruitment, we arrange German language training and support integration into Austrian or German culture, ensuring smooth assimilation into your team. Our responsibility doesn’t end with placement—after onboarding, we continue to serve as a reliable partner for you and your employees, helping to address challenges or cultural differences. Our mission is to foster stable, long-term employment relationships.

German language training and support integration
The support and training of candidates will be provided directly at our site. They will receive instruction in the German language and culture, as well as other aspects relevant to their new environment. In addition, courses in other languages such as English and Dutch are also available.

We organize our services into three strategic categories.
Recruitment Abroad
We identify top talent in selected countries based on your specific requirements. Through a combination of on-site and virtual interviews, we conduct a thorough pre-selection of qualified professionals. You then meet the shortlisted candidates via online interviews and make the final hiring decision.
Bureaucracy & Training
Following candidate selection, we handle all administrative procedures required for legal employment in Austria or Germany. This includes securing appropriate documentation such as the Red-White-Red Card or European passport. Concurrently, we facilitate access to German language instruction and intercultural training to support smooth integration into the workplace and local culture.
Onboarding & Mediation
We coordinate the full arrival process of newly recruited employees, ensuring a smooth transition to your company. Our support extends to onboarding and integration into both your team and the Austrian environment. This includes access to community-specific networking initiatives, intercultural mediation services, and supplementary German language training to foster long-term cohesion and productivity.
